I have an audio issue. The issue is that when I select the input on my TV to go to the miniMe, I have no audio, with the video. This occurs whether I am using the HDMI or the NTSC AV output, as I have both connected to the TV set. This has been occurring for several weeks. The unit is very stable otherwise.
Let me give background details:
I leave my miniMe turned ON for 24/7, and set on the same transponder listed below.
My system for receiving consists of a 2.4 meter solid stationary dish, feeding my receivers through a 4X4 switch and a diSeqc switch. I have no excessively long cable runs. This system also feeds an AzBox HD Premium Plus receiver.
This morning when the audio issue existed, I recorded the following information from the miniMe Signal Analyzer screen:
Resolution: 1280 X 720
Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Frame Rate: Unknown
Bit Rate: 17627.** (Average)
Audio Type: MPEG stereo (0)
Satellite: Galaxy 16 (99.2 W C-band)
Channel: ABC-East
Transponder: 4120 H 30000 9/10 DVB-S2 8PSK
Signal = 77%
Quality = 87% (Quality on the AzBox HD Premium Plus = 98%)
BER = 0
To get the audio back, I do the following:
On remote select:
Menu
Shutdown Options
ReBoot (Yellow button)
Then wait and the unit reboots and comes up on the transponder with good video and good audio.
The audio will remain then even if leaving the TV input and coming back within the next couple of hours.
However, several hours or the next day, the audio is gone again....
I don't consider this a serious flaw, as it is easy to correct, just an inconvenience...
Thanks for you attention!

My problem appears to NOT be the miniMe. I have left the miniMe on a different transponder, with different result. The miniMe has played all week on this transponder with No audio failure. Details as follows:
Resolution: 1920 X 1080
Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Frame Rate: Unknown
Bit Rate: 364**.** (Average) (Numbers change fast on Analysis Screen)
Audio Type: MPEG stereo (0)
Satellite: Galaxy 19 (97 W C-band)
Channel: CBS-West
Transponder: 4080 V 29856 9/10 DVB-S2 8PSK
Signal = 79%
Quality = 86%
BER = 0
So, apparently, there is no problem with the STB; but why would this happen on one transponder/signal and not another??? This signal comes from my 10 ft dish off of an offset LNBF into the same switching system for distribution.
Thanks!
