The balcony collapse that killed six college students appears to have been caused by rotted wooden beams, Berkeley's mayor said Wednesday

That was really a tragic incident. A birthday party suddenly turned into a nightmare, and six college students have died due to this horrible thing. The owner/management of that said building should have inspected their establishment if it is still suitable to live in. Very irresponsible on their part.
