Custodian Tom Cunningham entertains visitors and patients at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee with his (mostly) spot-on Elvis Presley impersonation.

Aww. That is a feel-good news story. This janitor really has a huge heart. His life may not be that perfect, but he still gives his time and effort making other people happy. :)
