On May 12, 2017 the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan granted DISH Network and NagraStar’s motion for final judgment against John & Alisha DeForest.  The DeForests were sued by DISH Network and NagraStar in 2017 for federal claims arising out of their subscription to the SatLobo IKS service.
