I have  been with AT&T for many years. I have to say I think the service is getting wore rather than better. I have trouble getting my phone to re activiate after I have my plan renewel.Every month it seem s I have to contact them because of some kind of technical issue. I have been loyal to them but I have considered switching carriers because this kind of treatment.

When you say for many years, are you talking about the current AT&T which used to be Cingular before the merger or are you talking about AT&T before Cingular swallowed them up and took the name?
