Hello,
I tried using the contact form on azboxamerica.com but it's not working. I need to get a minime I have serviced after it became un-bootable from the 2.00 update. I purchased it from Dr Sat (Canada) but it's too expensive to ship to them (for the 2nd time) to get it serviced. Whom can I contact here in the USA to get my unit serviced before my warranty expires?

Thank you for reporting the problem you have experienced using the azboxamericas.com contact form which has now been fixed.
To determine if your unit needs to be serviced or not, please confirm if the power button ring light turns from blue to orange for a few seconds while attempting to boot the unit.

The light stays solid blue when I turn it on. I get no audio/video from composite, component or HDMI. It also fails to obtain an IP on my lan although the switch and device itself reports a link as being up.
